The committee is excited to announce we have reserved the Courtyard by Marriott.  We are forging ahead with plans and a smaller number of participants and we still have important tasks ahead that will require all hands on deck to bring this reunion to fruition. 

We are asking each of you review the task list and volunteer when the time comes.

• Collect memorabilia to recreate our high school years and create a display at the reunion (We appreciate any item(s) you are willing to share for the evening)
• Identify deceased classmates and faculty to create a space to remember them
• Greet classmates and guests (distribute name tags); Assist with questions of concerns
• Help decorate
• Assemble souvenir bags prior and distribute (If you have an item you would like to donate please let us know)
• New bids will be accepted for Photographer and DJ
• Plan short program for Saturday night (Who will we invite?)
• As additional tasks arise we will update the list and communicate the update(s) via email or text. 
  

Please know this committee has been and will continue to be thoughtful in their efforts to make this a great reunion.
